Qualifications

  • 2 years related experience in Federal Contracting or financial roles.
  • Experience with G-Invoicing processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel: formulas, VLOOKUP, MATCH, PivotTables.

Responsibilities

  • Support budget management and tracking of SWAs and recurring/non-recurring costs.
  • Prepare and submit budget items including SWAs and G514s.
  • Assist with ensuring invoices are accurate and paid on time.
  • Support audit and analysis of active contracts and PSO training records.
  • Develop tracking tools to monitor contract burn rates and available funds.
  • Maintain comprehensive contract files and assist with contract closeouts.
  • Provide acquisition and analytical support to PSO and TCM programs.
  • Provide estimates on demand for temporary and emergency guard services.
