Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of five years of work experience performing similar business analysis work.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically for advanced data analysis, automation, and visualization.
• Experience with budget execution, financial analysis, transactions, and interagency agreements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible budget and financial management support to the Budget IAA Team and Budget Execution Team.
• Develop spend plans and monitor budget execution against commitments and expenditures.
• Review IAA-related forms for clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
• Draft and review budget forms (7600A/7600B).
• Coordinate with internal offices and external partners to resolve IAA documentation and funding issues.
• Monitor obligations and de-obligations to ensure timely processing and close-out.
