Job summary

Intuit is seeking a BSA Group Manager within the Expert Network BSA team to drive end-to-end initiatives for an AI-driven expert platform. You will lead a team of skilled Business Systems Analysts and partner across Customer Success and other functions to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.

You will guide strategic roadmaps, oversee BPR, and champion data-driven decisions while engaging senior leaders in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a BSA leader in tech or ops.
• Experience in SDLC and business analysis across planning, requirements, and testing.
• Strong knowledge of process redesign and KPI tracking.
• Experience with AI and GenAI in process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of BSAs, including Principal BSAs.
• Define strategic vision for business systems within Customer Success.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution from analysis to deployment.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and product/engineering teams.
• Drive modernization and efficiency across BSA processes.
