Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Principal to lead the AI Solutions & Transformation engineering organization. You will own the technical direction, delivery quality, and growth of engineers, aligning business goals with technical execution in a fast-changing AI landscape.

You’ll report into the GBSG Commercial organization and collaborate daily with the AI Solutions product management team. You’ll balance depth with business fluency to articulate roadmaps and pivots to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

8+ years in software engineering with senior leadership experience.
Hands-on depth in modern AI and agentic systems.
Proven track record shipping production AI systems under delivery pressure.
Experience translating business goals into technical roadmaps.
Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership.
Experience hiring and developing managers.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the engineering organization for the AI Solutions & Transformation portfolio.
Set the technical direction and quality bar across the AI portfolio.
Own build-pivot-kill calls and re-architect as new needs emerge.
Plan the org structure and capacity for multiple concurrent AI initiatives.
Deliver reliable AI systems into production for the business.
Translate product priorities into a staffed technical roadmap with stakeholders.
Establish operating cadence and escalation points for the team.
Coach and develop managers and leads on the team.
