Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to shape the AI strategy for our product support and live experiences within the Customer Success team.

You will work with data engineers, analysts, and scientists to build an AI-driven data infrastructure that informs critical business decisions and scales AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with AI Research, Product Management, Service Delivery, Strategy, and Engineering to develop capabilities that push our AI-driven platform forward,

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python and/or R.
• 7+ years of data mining, statistical modeling, and ML techniques.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and multi-modal data.
• Expertise in experimental design and AB testing.
• Experience with optimization techniques and simulation modeling.
• Experience deploying operational models for staffing, queue management, or dynamic resource allocation.
• Familiarity with CS metrics like NPS, AHT, FCR, and agent utilization.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and modeling to enable AI-driven insight at scale.
• Lead experimental designs and measurement plans.
• Build optimization models and simulation tools for CS operations planning and routing.
• Develop decision science frameworks to optimize support costs and outcomes.
• Embed AI/ML solutions in real-time decision engines and workflows with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers on model and MVP design.
• Develop agentic capabilities to power Intuit Expert Network and reduce manual workload.
