Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services
• Knowledge of business credit underwriting
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Navigate risk management and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~100 business clients with annual revenue > $5M; support deposits, cash management, and credit up to ~$15M
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and exceptional client experience
• Identify and promote solutions using banking knowledge to support profitability
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls with clients, referrals, and centers of influence
• Understand owners' personal financial goals and collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end delivery
• Protect the firm by following risk management protocols and regulatory requirements
