Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related lending.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and business credit underwriting.
• Ability to anticipate client issues and follow through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of ~80–100 business clients with revenue >$5M.
• Provide tailored deposit, cash management and credit solutions up to ~$15M.
• Deliver an outstanding experience and promote comprehensive banking solutions.
• Conduct regular in-person/virtual client calls to cultivate primary relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank for personal solutions.
• Onboard clients end-to-end and ensure digital capabilities post-account opening.
• Follow risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
