You will manage a portfolio of profitable clients, provide financial advice, and expand primary banking relationships. In this high-touch role, you will collaborate with branch teams, Wealth Management and Private Bank to tailor treasury, cash management, and credit solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services.
• Knowledge of commercial credit underwriting and risk assessment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-directed, proactive and able to navigate ambiguity.
• Balances client needs with firm risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~100 business clients with >$5M revenue; provide deposits and credit opportunities up to ~$15M.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions.
• Identify and promote solutions using market and industry knowledge.
• Conduct regular in-person/virtual calls with clients and referrals.
• Understand owners' personal goals; collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Protect the firm by following risk management and regulatory policies.
