Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager in Consumer & Community Banking to service a portfolio of large, profitable business clients with revenue above $5M. You’ll deepen relationships, provide financial advice, and drive product deepening, deposits, and credit opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and client experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting.
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
Experience with risk management and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage and deepen a portfolio of 80–100 business clients with annual revenue >$5M; support large credit opportunities up to ~$15M.
Provide customized banking solutions including deposits, cash management, and credit to clients.
Prospect and refer opportunities to expand primary banking relationships using Chase resources.
Conduct regular in-person/virtual client meetings to maintain long-term relationships.
Collaborate with branches, Wealth Management, and Private Bank to align personal financial solutions.
Onboard clients to treasury products and ensure seamless delivery of accounts and services.
Adhere to risk management policies and regulatory requirements.
