Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and business credit underwriting.
• Ability to build relationships and provide proactive financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen a portfolio of 80–100 business clients with >$5MM revenue; credit up to $15MM.
• Deliver customized banking solutions and exceptional client experiences.
• Identify growth opportunities and referrals to expand primary banking relationships.
• Conduct in-person/virtual client calls and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to tailor financial solutions.
