Chase is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of large business clients, deepening deposits, cash management, and credit solutions while delivering high-touch service and strategic financial guidance.

The role emphasizes building durable banking relationships, cross-functional collaboration with Branch, Wealth Management, and Private Bank, and a strong focus on risk controls and client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services; knowledge of business credit underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~100 business clients with revenue >$5M; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~$15M.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to clients’ financial needs.
• Cultivate long-term primary banking relationships through in-person/virtual calls at client sites.
