Job summary

Chase is actively seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager to deepen relationships with large profitable business clients and provide strategic financial advice. You will manage a $5M+ revenue portfolio, focusing on deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $15M, with a high-touch client experience.

You’ll collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to tailor solutions, while upholding risk controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services; commercial credit underwriting.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver tailored financial solutions while managing risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of 80–100 business clients with ~5MM+ revenue; deposits, cash management, and credit up to ~15MM.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions and a high-touch client experience.
• Partner with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to align personal and business financial needs.
• Conduct regular in-person/virtual meetings to cultivate long-term, primary banking relationships.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of new accounts and digital capabilities while enforcing risk controls.
