Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager in the Business Banking team to deepen relationships with large clients (> $5MM revenue). You will manage a portfolio, deepen deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities, while delivering high-touch client experiences and collaborating across product areas.

You will conduct regular client calls, understand personal financial goals, and ensure end-to-end delivery of solutions with strong risk management and referrals to grow primary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and present proactive solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 80-100 business clients with annual revenue >$5 million.
• Provide business deposit and cash management solutions and credit opportunities up to ~$15 million.
• Support branch-based business bankers on sizeable credit deals as needed.
• Deliver an outstanding experience with customized business banking solutions.
• Cultivate long-term primary banking relationships through in-person/virtual calls.
• Coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver personal financial solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of new accounts and digital capabilities, following risk controls.
