Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager Senior to deepen relationships with large business clients (> $5MM annual revenue). You will manage deposits, cash management solutions, and credit opportunities up to $15 million, while delivering a high-touch banking experience.

You will conduct regular calls with clients and centers of influence, collaborating with Branch, Wealth Management, and Private Bank to tailor financial solutions and manage risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related lending.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 business clients with >$5MM revenue; support credit opportunities up to ~$15MM.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions to Chase clients.
• Cultivate long-term primary banking relationships through in-person/virtual calls.
• Coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver personal financial solutions.
• Onboard clients and ensure end-to-end delivery of accounts and services.
