Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager in Business Banking to oversee a portfolio of ~100 commercial clients with revenues >$5M. You will deepen deposits, credit, and treasury solutions, providing high-touch financial guidance and coordinated service across branches and specialists.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, risk management, and client-centric strategies to drive profitability and long-term relationships within a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate clients' issues, own problems on clients' behalf, and follow through with commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 business clients with annual revenue >$5M; support credit opportunities up to $15M.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and exceptional client experience.
• Identify and promote treasury and cash management solutions while managing risk.
• Conduct regular in-person or virtual calls with clients to grow primary banking relationships.
• Coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver financial solutions.
