Job summary

JPMorganChase in Long Beach, CA seeks a Business Relationship Manager Senior (BRM) Deepening banker to manage a portfolio of large business clients with revenue >$5MM. Focus on deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $15M while deepening relationships and leveraging referrals for growth.

You will provide high-touch service, coordinate with partners, and ensure risk-managed, client-centric solutions. Extensive banking experience and strong relationship skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related lending.
• Knowledge of deposit, cash management, and commercial credit underwriting.
• Ability to propose proactive, customized solutions and monitor market trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage 80-100 business clients, deposits, cash management, and credit up to $15M.
• Deliver customized banking solutions and an outstanding client experience.
• Identify and promote solutions using treasury and product specialists.
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls to deepen primary banking relationships.
• Coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management, and Private Bank for client needs.
