Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager in Acquisition banking within Business Banking to develop and manage a portfolio of large profitable business clients. You’ll focus on business development, acquiring balances, deepening product utilization, and referrals to increase primary bank share, delivering high-touch client experiences and sound risk management.

In this role you will cultivate relationships with owners of businesses generating at least $3M in annual revenue,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
• Strong current business network; active involvement in community organizations
• Demonstrates strong tactical business development and negotiation skills; self-directed and proactive
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of deposit and cash management products and business credit underwriting

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 40-50 business clients and 60 prospects; provide banking solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $15 million
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients with tailored financial solutions
• Grow portfolio by prospecting new clients through referrals and networks
• Develop internal referral networks with Private Bank, Asset Wealth Management, Middle Market and One Chase
• Partner with product specialists to onboard new accounts and deliver full suite of services
• Adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements
