Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager in our Business Banking team to develop and manage a portfolio of large commercial clients. You will provide tailored financial advice, deepen product usage, and drive referrals to increase primary banking relationships.

You will leverage your 5+ years of Business Banking Relationship Management or lending experience to expand client relationships, manage risk, and collaborate with product specialists to onboard new accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
• Strong current business network; community involvement
• Demonstrates strong tactical business development and negotiation skills
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across levels
• Knowledge of deposit, cash management products and business credit underwriting

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain and deepen a portfolio of ~40-50 business clients and ~60 prospects with annual revenue >$3M; provide deposits, cash management and credit opportunities up to $15M
• Deliver customized business banking solutions and a high-touch client experience
• Grow portfolio through prospecting and leveraging centers of influence for new clients
• Develop internal referral networks with Private Bank, Wealth Management, and Middle Market teams
• Understand clients' personal financial goals and coordinate with other bank units to deliver solutions
• Partner with product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and end-to-end service delivery
• Maintain risk controls and comply with regulatory requirements
