Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years of bridge/structural/transportation engineering experience.
• Active Massachusetts PE license required.
• Experience with MassDOT, MBTA, or municipal projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Technical expertise in bridge design, rehabilitation, inspection, and load rating.
• Business development experience and established industry relationships preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead bridge and structural engineering projects from design through delivery.
• Manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with MassDOT, MBTA, and municipal clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and support proposals.
• Provide technical oversight for bridge design, rehabilitation, inspection, and load rating.
• Mentor engineering staff and support team growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
