Qualifications

• 11+ years of structural engineering experience.
• PE license required.
• Experience completing transportation studies and design reports.
• Familiarity with AASHTO & MassDOT standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, analysis, design, and detailing for major bridge/transportation projects.
• Prepare proposals and contracts; guide technical approach, costs, and scheduling.
• Manage client relationships, visibility, and business development.
• Mentor staff in design plans, calculations, load ratings, and reports.
• Oversee project management and ensure scope, schedule, cost, quality.
