PRIME AE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Bridge Project Manager to lead bridge and structural transportation projects from planning through construction. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and team coordination while sustaining client relationships and ensuring design compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Progressive experience in bridge/structural engineering and project management.
• Professional Engineer license with Massachusetts licensure.
• Strong background in bridge design, rehabilitation, replacement, and analysis.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working with state DOTs and other public transportation agencies.
• Strong client relationships, communication, leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support business development and growth of client relationships and project backlog.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage bridge and structural transportation projects from planning and design through final design and construction support.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and quality while addressing risks and challenges.
• Provide technical leadership for bridge design, rehabilitation, replacement, and related activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and review plans, calculations, specifications, and estimates for accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and agency partners, maintaining relationships and clear communication.
• Mentor engineers and technical staff, guiding workloads and professional development.
• Support business development, proposals, pursuits, and client relationship growth.
• Collaborate with transportation leadership to deliver projects across Massachusetts and New England.
