Job summary

Stantec’s New England Transportation group has an immediate need for a highly Structural Design Team Leader with at least 15 years of bridge design and transportation project delivery experience. The role is hybrid between Burlington and Boston, MA, requiring in-office presence about three days per week to lead the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field; postgraduate degree preferred.
• MA Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 15+ years of progressive engineering and project management experience with bridge design and transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Southern New England Structural Team Lead.
• Oversee project design, planning, and business development.
• Maintain client relationships and project reputation.
• Set project objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
