Job summary

PRIME AE Group, Inc. seeks a Sr. Bridge Project Manager to lead bridge and structural transportation projects from planning through final completion.

You will provide technical leadership, manage multidisciplinary teams, and maintain client relationships to expand PRIME AE's bridge practice in Massachusetts and New England. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and deliverables while mentoring staff and collaborating with transportation leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• PE license with Massachusetts licensure.
• Progressive bridge/structural experience in transportation projects.
• Experience with state DOTs and public agencies.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge and structural projects from planning through construction support.
