Job summary

PRIME AE Group Inc in Massachusetts seeks a Bridge Project Manager to lead bridge and structural transportation projects from planning through final design and construction support. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships while guiding multidisciplinary teams.

Work with transportation leadership to expand PRIME AE’s bridge practice across Massachusetts and New England, overseeing technical deliverables and team coordination.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in bridge/structural engineering and project management for complex transportation projects.
• Strong background in bridge design, rehabilitation, replacement, preservation, and inspections.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Experience working with state DOTs and public transportation agencies on bridge projects.
• Ability to support business development, proposals, and client relationship growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of bridge and structural transportation projects from planning and design through final design and construction support.
• Provide technical and project leadership, manage multidisciplinary teams, and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and team coordination while ensuring standards compliance.
• Mentor engineers and staff; support business development, pursuits, and client engagement.
• Collaborate with transportation leadership to expand PRIME AE’s bridge practice in Massachusetts and New England.
• Coordinate reviews of plans, calculations, specifications, estimates, and other deliverables for accuracy.
