Job summary

Stantec seeks a highly experienced Structural Team Leader for the Southern New England transportation group. The role involves leading bridge design and managing complex projects across Massachusetts, with a hybrid in-office schedule in Burlington and Boston.

You will supervise technical staff, drive project delivery, manage risk and budgets, and foster client relationships across New England and beyond. MA PE required; 15+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• MA Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive engineering and project management experience with bridge design and transportation delivery.
