Job summary

PRIME AE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Bridge Project Manager to lead transportation bridge and structural projects in Massachusetts. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and build strong client relationships with agencies such as MassDOT and MBTA.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, project delivery, and growth of PRIME AE’s bridge practice across New England, with MA licensure and PE credentials required.

Qualifications

• Progressive bridge/structural engineering and project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license with MA licensure.
• Experience with state DOTs and public transportation agencies.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing scope, schedule, and budgets.
• MassDOT and MBTA experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage bridge and structural transportation projects from planning through final design and construction.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, deliverables, contracts, and quality.
• Provide technical leadership for bridge design, rehabilitation, replacement and inspection-related design.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and review plans and estimates for accuracy.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and agency partners.
• Mentor engineers and staff, provide guidance and professional development support.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationships to grow the portfolio.
• Collaborate with transportation leadership to deliver projects regionally.
