You will mentor staff, coordinate with clients and teaming partners, and contribute to proposals and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, is capable of guiding multi-disciplinary teams, and can navigate the challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 7+ years, or PhD with 6+ years.
• Demonstrates senior-level technical expertise and project leadership.
• Ability to manage scope, budget, and schedules on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Uses senior-level technical expertise to consider broad range of engineering solutions.
• Leads discipline delivery on larger, multi-disciplinary projects and coordinates with other disciplines.
• Manages scope, hours, and distribution of work for complex projects within discipline.
• Provides technical guidance and mentoring to team members to achieve project objectives.
• Oversees completeness and accuracy of the project team's work within the discipline.
• Assists with marketing responsibilities, including proposal development.
