Job summary

HNTB in Dallas is seeking a Bridge Technical Advisor to lead independent technical reviews, advise project leadership, and mentor production staff on complex transportation projects. You will collaborate with clients and teaming partners at the local leadership level to ensure design integrity and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 10 years of relevant experience, or
• Master’s degree in Engineering with 9 years of relevant experience, or
• PhD in Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Performs independent technical reviews, makes recommendations, and provides technical guidance on complex projects.
• Provides technical expertise and advice to project leadership, and mentoring to production staff.
• Assists in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation on complex projects.
• Coordinates technical aspects with client counterpart and teaming partners at local leadership level.
• Develops and advises on technical consistency across processes and projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
