Job summary

WSP USA in Denver seeks a Bridge Inspection Project Manager/Team Leader to lead NBIS bridge inspections for the Mountain/Pacific Northwest Region. Base in Denver with flexibility to work from Utah, Arizona, Idaho, or Montana; travel for field work and client meetings.

Lead complex projects, develop proposals, manage budgets and schedules, mentor staff, and expand bridge inspection services within the region. Strong leadership, communication, and QA/QC adherence required.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineering licensure required.
• 10+ years NBIS bridge inspection experience with transportation clients.
• Proven management of bridge inspection projects with NBIS oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive leadership for bridge inspection discipline and delivery of projects.
• Lead large, complex bridge inspections, manage budgets, hours, and subcontractors.
• Pursue and develop bridge inspection business within the region and manage client relations.
• Lead contract negotiations, presentations, and client meetings.
• Mentor staff and guide junior team members, ensuring QA/QC standards.
• Develop proposals, project scopes, timelines, and budgets in compliance with codes.
