Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Bridge Inspection Project Manager/Team Leader to guide the Mountain/Pacific Northwest Region group from our Denver base with flexible office options in UT, AZ, ID, or MT. You will lead inspections, manage budgets, develop new client work, and supervise staff across NBIS-compliant projects for state, transit, and local clients.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited civil eng degree required.
• Professional engineering licensure in good standing.
• NBIS/NHI/FHWA fracture-critical inspection certifications.
• Experience leading bridge inspection projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for bridge inspection discipline and projects.
• Lead complex bridge inspection programs, manage budgets and staff.
• Develop and win bridge inspection work for the region.
• Negotiate contracts and present to clients.
• Mentor staff and ensure QA/QC across projects.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance on site.
