Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Bridge Inspection Project Manager/Team Leader in Denver with flexible travel to nearby states. You will lead the Mountain/Pacific Northwest Region Bridge Inspection Group, manage complex inspections, and drive business development with public and private clients.

The role requires 10+ years NBIS experience, PE licensure, and NBIS Team Leader certification. Travel and leadership responsibilities are central to this position.

Qualifications

• Requires BSCE from ABET-accredited program.
• Professional engineering licensure required.
• 10+ years NBIS bridge inspection experience with transportation clients.
• NBIS Team Leader certification and ongoing recertification.
• Fracture Critical Inspection Techniques certification (130078).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; self‑leadership and prioritization in dynamic settings.
• Ability to supervise, train, and direct team members with QA/QC adherence.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license and field mobility, including heights and adverse weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for bridge inspection discipline and lead complex projects.
• Oversee budgets, hours, expenses, and supervision of subcontractors and staff.
• Develop and pursue bridge inspection business with regional clients.
