Job summary

HNTB is seeking an experienced engineer in Indiana to guide complex projects and provide technical designs and specifications. You will interact with internal teams and client counterparts to ensure design standards are applied consistently.

The role emphasizes independent technical reviews, mentoring, and supporting marketing efforts for proposals. A high level of engineering judgment and collaboration across disciplines will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10 years of relevant experience, or
• Master’s degree in Engineering and 9 year of relevant experience, or
• PhD in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Performs independent technical reviews and provides guidance on complex projects.
• Offers technical expertise to project leadership and mentors production staff.
• Assists in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation for complex projects.
• Coordinates technical aspects with client counterparts and teaming partners.
