Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 5+ years, or PhD with 4+ years.
• Understand impacts of decisions on technical design and work planning.
• Prepare high-quality deliverables on time, within budget and scope.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work, ensuring schedule and budget compliance.
• Assist with marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Develop scope of work and level of effort for projects within discipline.
• Oversee completeness and accuracy of the project team’s work and mentor staff.
• Coordinate technical aspects with client counterparts and partners.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
