Responsibilities

• Coordinate product setup, timelines, and PO validation with Japan and distributors.
• Manage order processing, delivery coordination, and invoicing alignment.
• Track monthly revenue/expenses and produce reports for Irvine and Japan.
• Coordinate with factories on quotations and procurement inputs.
