Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain coordination, or product operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
• Japanese language proficiency is a strong plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product setup and execution across NA and Japan HQ.
• Monitor and manage product release schedules and order timing.
• Review POs from distributors and ensure accurate quantities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product registration and procurement.
• Oversee delivery schedules, invoicing accuracy, and revenue reporting.
