Job summary

Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America is seeking an Assistant Manager to support brand management, marketing coordination, and inventory control across events and campaigns.

You will work with Japan HQ and partners, coordinating materials, campaigns, trade shows and retail activities while assisting the Associate Director with reporting and operations. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and attention to detail are essential in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from managers and assist marketing duties as assigned.
• Execute marketing materials for online/retail campaigns and product presentations.
• Communicate with vendors/agencies, licensors, subsidiaries and partners.
• Perform heavy administrative duties and calendar coordination.
• Coordinate shipment of supplies to events.
• Provide retail support including samples and in-store events.
• Prepare marketing reports from data.
• Assist with product inventory and showroom maintenance.
• Research competitors: product characteristics, pricing and ads.
• Knowledge of social media channels and updates.
