Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business development or integrated marketing.
• Experience with gaming brands, studios and external partners is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver partnership programs from opportunity to measurement.
• Strong relationship management across senior stakeholders, agencies and partners.
• Commercial acumen including budgets, contracts, KPIs and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop brand partnership opportunities across consumer goods, fashion and lifestyle to support PlayStation priorities.
• Develop strategic recommendations, business cases and pitches linking audience, culture, brand and commercial objectives.
• Lead partnerships from concept to activation, negotiation and delivery.
• Manage partner and agency relationships, budgets, timelines and contractual commitments.
• Collaborate with Studios, Games Marketing, Legal, Finance, PR, Social, Events and local markets to align programs with broader plans.
• Define success measures, track commitments and translate results into actionable recommendations.
