Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is seeking a Senior Account Manager in San Mateo, CA, to manage day-to-day engagement with partner studios and drive strategic alignment.

You will own partner health, develop deep knowledge of partner portfolios, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate across internal teams to achieve quarterly and annual KPIs. Hybrid work with extensive cross‑functional collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Publisher/Studio relations or similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytically minded with data experience.
• Experience in Video Gaming, Media or entertainment industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day business for assigned partner studios and ensure health of the Partner.
• Develop knowledge of Partner’s business, portfolio, and long-term strategic vision.
• Identify business opportunities across Partner’s portfolio and live services.
• Provide guidance for content pipeline and operational/technical issues impacting Rhythm of Business.
• Communicate updates to Partners on business, platform, and policy changes.
• Lead and evangelize PlayStation opportunities across developers and drive strategic alignment.
• Prepare and present partner reports and perform quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan, forecast, and manage partner activities.
