Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is seeking a Senior Partnerships Brand Manager in San Mateo, CA (Collab)/Remote to drive strategic collaborations for PlayStation. You will shape partnership strategy, lead negotiations, and coordinate with Studios, Games Marketing, Legal, Finance, and global teams to deliver impactful programs that elevate first-party titles and the PlayStation brand.

The role requires 8+ years in brand partnerships or related fields, strong storytelling and presentation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years in brand partnerships, business development, integrated marketing, licensing, or related discipline.
Gaming industry experience and passion for games preferred, with credibility to partner with studios and brands.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop brand partnership opportunities across consumer goods, fashion, lifestyle, and related categories to support PlayStation brand and first-party title priorities.
Develop strategic recommendations, business cases and pitches that connect audience, cultural, brand and commercial objectives.
Lead partnerships from concept and outreach through negotiation, contracting, creative development, launch and evaluation.
Manage partner and agency relationships, budgets, timelines, approvals, deliverables and contracts for high-quality execution.
