Qualifications

• 9+ years of branding and marketing experience, ideally in QSR or fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute strategic marketing programs.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion the brand and own marketing calendar development and activation.
• Lead planning of the national marketing calendar to drive same-store sales.
• Coordinate calendars and timelines with marketing leadership for long-term planning.
• Define and lead a menu vision to maximize sales and profit.
• Develop creative and culinary briefs using consumer insights and priorities.
• Collaborate with media and creative teams for development and media planning.
• Work with cross-functional partners to improve innovation processes and output.
• Lead business case development to support growth recommendations.
