Qualifications

• Six to eight years of brand management experience across consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands.
• Proven ability in managing both existing portfolios and new product innovations at scale.
• Strong skills in consumer insights, positioning, and translating needs into propositions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand plans and long-range growth strategies.
• Lead end-to-end product innovation from concept to launch.
• Design structured stage-gate processes and manage timelines and milestones.
• Analyze market and consumer data (SPINS/Nielsen) to drive strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and product differentiation.
• Lead consumer research and insights to inform positioning and development.
• Collaborate with Sales on go-to-market plans and sell-in materials.
• Oversee packaging development and ensure labeling accuracy and regulatory compliance.
