Job summary

Thumbtack is seeking a Senior Brand Manager focused on the pro audience to define positioning and ensure the brand promise comes to life across touchpoints. You will report to the Director of Brand Strategy and set vision for major workstreams while guiding how the team and the company think about the pro side of the brand.

You will partner with Marketing, Communications, Product, Service, and Sales to translate strategy into actionable briefs, content calendars, and scalable brand

• Cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead foundational workstreams to roll out the new brand playbook and refresh as market learns.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities to drive growth for the pro audience and translate into briefs and direction.
• Own pro brand insights work including audience deep dives, competitive analysis, and brand health tracking.
• Partner with channel owners to translate brand strategy into an integrated content calendar.
• Build relationships with product, service, and sales teams to align brand vision across the company.
• Lead AI-driven content brand support including prompts and review systems for scaling content creation.
• Lead brand strategy and creative work for tentpole moments and major events.
