Youll partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales to translate strategy into content, campaigns, and tentpole moments like Pro Summit. A track record of brand strategy and measurement is essential; impact and scale are central to this role.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of brand marketing experience with focus on strategy, positioning, and messaging.
• Experience defining and implementing brand strategy, playbooks, and messaging architecture.
• Ability to set brand vision and roadmap beyond campaign execution.
• Experience designing brand health measurement programs and translating data into action.
• Strong creative judgment and ability to brief agencies and studios.
• Experience running creative experimentation programs to improve performance.
• Analytical rigor with ability to synthesize data into insights and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead pro brand playbooks and educate partner teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and translate into briefs for creatives.
• Own pro brand insights and turn findings into recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to align content strategy.

• Lead AI-driven content support with prompts and brand review systems.
• Oversee brand strategy for tentpole moments like Pro Summit.
• Serve as senior voice on the Brand Strategy team, aligning with leadership.
