Roo is seeking a Senior Brand & Integrated Marketing Manager to steer major brand campaigns and launches. You will lead narrative, channel planning, and cross-functional execution to drive awareness and trust among veterinary professionals and animal hospitals.

You will partner with PR, product marketing, lifecycle, and partnerships to scale Roo's brand, while evolving thought leadership and market presence across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading major multi-channel launches from strategy to measurement.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared plan and keep launches on track.
• Proven track record managing PR programs and earning-media with professional audiences.
• Experience owning brand research, budgets, and agency relationships.
• Strong storytelling with clear measurement of campaign impact.
• Familiarity with AI and emerging tools in marketing; balanced with human judgment.
• Experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, tech, marketplaces, or mission-driven companies is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead Roo's biggest launches and brand campaigns end-to-end: audience insight, narrative, briefs, channel planning, cross-functional orchestration, execution, and measurement.
• Own Roo's brand campaign calendar and measurement standards, partnering with various teams so every campaign feels like Roo.
• Lead brand research and benchmarks to guide where brand investment goes next.
• Turn industry moments into signature Roo moments and develop new formats and channels.
• Bring strong creative ideas and storytelling to campaigns including partnerships and thought leadership.
• Lead co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners and convert customer stories into integrated campaigns and press.
• Grow brand in new markets, adapting campaigns and PR for each market as Roo expands.
• Own and track campaign and PR budgets, building repeatable planning and measurement systems.
