Job summary

Roo Veterinary, Inc. is seeking a Senior Brand & Integrated Marketing Manager to lead Roo’s biggest launches and brand campaigns for veterinary professionals and animal hospitals.

You’ll own narrative, channel plans, measurement, and cross‑functional orchestration with product marketing, partnerships, and PR to drive awareness and trust. This remote‑first role may be hybrid in San Francisco; the team values storytelling, data‑driven decisions, and a strong point of view on how marketing shapes

Qualifications

• Deep experience in integrated, brand, or campaign marketing from strategy through measurement.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared plan and keep launches on track.
• Experience managing PR or earned-media programs and building thought leadership.
• Experience owning brand research, budgets, and agency relationships.
• Strong storytelling and measurement mindset.
• Interest in how AI and emerging tools can augment marketing while preserving human judgment.
• Experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, tech, marketplaces, labor platforms, or mission-driven companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Roo's biggest launches and brand campaigns end-to-end with audience insights and narrative.
• Own brand calendar, briefs, channel planning, execution, and measurement.
• Lead brand research and benchmarks to guide investment decisions.
• Turn industry moments into signature Roo campaigns.
• Bring creative ideas and storytelling to campaigns across formats and channels.
• Lead co-marketing with partners and convert customer stories into campaigns and thought leadership.
• Expand brand growth into new markets with adaptable campaigns and PR.
• Manage campaign budgets and establish repeatable planning systems.
