• Experience owning funnel surfaces and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end path from sign-up to first shift, including verification, approval, and onboarding.
• Build product for high-volume relief vets with recurring bookings, multi-shift blocks, and calendar/earnings tooling.
• Transform promotions and incentives into product features with targeting and guardrails.
• Collaborate with growth to set shared conversion targets and run experiments.
• Fix instrumentation and work with analysts on cohort definitions and attribution.
• Co-own BU strategy with GM and advocate for effective levers.
• Keep a single marketplace experience across BUs to unify the product.
• Communicate strategy, progress, and learnings to leadership and across teams.
