Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand growth, performance marketing, or media buying.
• Proven expertise across multiple paid media channels.
• Strong understanding of attribution modeling and incrementality testing.
• Experience with tracking and analytics infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated brand growth strategies across paid media channels.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across:Programmatic Advertising
• Connected TV (CTV)
• Google / YouTube
• Facebook / Instagram
• TikTok
• Drive customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives with a focus on scalable growth.
• Build and oversee cross-channel media plans, budgeting, targeting, and optimization strategies.
• Lead measurement and analytics efforts to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Implement and improve:Cross-network attribution frameworks
• Incrementality testing methodologies
• Conversion tracking and analytics systems
• Partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay current on emerging trends, platforms, and technologies within digital advertising and brand marketing.
