HomeTown Services in the United States seeks a Director of Performance Marketing to lead our paid media strategy, optimize multi-brand campaigns, and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You will manage multi-million-dollar budgets, partner with field marketing, marketing ops, and web teams, and report on ROAS and lead quality while advising senior leaders on investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar annual paid media budgets.
• Proven expertise with Google Ads, Performance Max, and bid strategies.
• Ability to lead cross-location, multi-brand marketing plans.

• Lead performance marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic and leads.
• Oversee multi-brand paid media budgets and Google Ads performance.
