Job summary

Mars is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for eCommerce and Brand Building to drive growth across digital and traditional channels. You’ll own a defined pet nutrition portfolio, guide cross‑functional teams, and accelerate share and profitability with an omnichannel approach.

Reporting to the Portfolio Marketing VP, you’ll blend brand strategy with ecommerce execution, build demand, optimize investments, and shape long‑term growth across pure‑play and retail partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5–10 years in Brand Management, eCommerce, Sales, and Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated portfolio, delivering on share, revenue, and profit objectives across the full marketing mix.
• Partner with Brand Directors and the Connected Commerce VP to develop and execute growth strategy building brand equity while accelerating eCommerce performance.
• Lead digital-first demand generation to drive awareness, traffic, conversion, recruitment, and household penetration.
• Identify and pioneer white-space opportunities including new products, platforms, and eCommerce-centric offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales Omni Activation Managers, Shopper Activation Managers, and Marketing Operations to build integrated campaigns and activations.
• Translate consumer insights, eCommerce shopper behavior, and market trends into actionable growth strategies.
• Track portfolio performance and optimize marketing investments to maximize business results.
