Job summary

Edelman Digital is seeking an Account Supervisor, Brand Digital to join our award-winning team in Washington, DC. This role focuses on translating client briefs into compelling social and digital strategies guided by data and technology, while leading day-to-day client and internal team activities.

You will manage mid- to senior-level client relationships, oversee budgets and timelines, and help grow the business through thoughtful campaigns across social channels for leading brands.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years relevant experience in an agency account role with social and digital projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading and managing multiple medium or large-sized projects.
• Experience developing social campaigns and imparting knowledge to junior team members.
• Strong knowledge of content marketing, paid media/advertising, influencer marketing, and other digital disciplines.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience presenting and articulating social strategy, including campaign goals and success metrics.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Engaging, collaborative and inclusive work style with a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for mid and senior level clients, responsible for providing strategic solutions around social and digital marketing.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms and best practices aligned with business needs.
• Understand ad products from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. and articulate best practices for content production.
• Manage multiple urgent projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Advise how social and digital strategy add value to business challenges.
• Build trusting client relationships across the brand’s organization and manage approvals.
• Coordinate with integrated agency team partners to align media plans with social strategy.
• Articulate client product benefits in consumer-friendly language.
• Develop opportunities to grow business with existing and new clients.
